IL CHIANTI is a series of rolling hills, embellished by vignards , castles and well-preserved villages. Old traditional wineries can be visited for wine-tasting the clasical Chianti Classico or even better the Chainti Riserva.
From Laticastelli you go to the village of San Gusme, then to the CASTELLO DI BROLIO home of the Ricasoli family and owners of one of the largest wineries of Italy. You can lunch at Volpaia o Radda in Chianti and return by Siena or San Gimignano to enjoy its famous white wine, Vernaccia.
When planning a stay, at least one day must go to SIENA plus another day to tour the Chianti
