     Great experience for the family

We stayed for four days at this medieval village, a party of 19 of which 7 small children. It was an ideal place for short visits to nearby towns and for relaxed afternoons at the pool. The children could run around safely and discover the park, play in the old kitchen or enjoy the infinity pool. The owners are very attentive and offer good tips for excursions and cultural events. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Meals at night are good, particularly when enjoying the beautiful sunset. For an anniversary, we had an unforgettable medieval dinner in one the big cellars, with an Italian trio

      wow!  What a place!”

from UK    -  Trip Advisor 5 of 5 stars

I can't say enough to recommend this hotel. The rooms were furnished with antiques, the infinity pool was breathtaking and the views just sublime. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is top quality. You would pay a fortune to eat like this in the UK.   Make the most of it.   No idea why this is listed...

“A small village, extremely charming  Trip Advisor 4 of 5 stars

The hotel looks like a small medieval village transformed in a hotel, located on top of one of the dozens hills of Toscana.   With gardens, a wonderful view from the breakfast place, birds and trees all over, we had a great experience.    The rooms are nice but take the keys with you all the time as the reception closes by 10pm.   Also, we killed 5 beatles on the floor every night, not a big issue for people used to farms and countryside.   Gonzalo and Simone were very helpful with lots of travel advice and visit ideas, were really appreciated.

     Eat food, friendly waiters

We did not stay at this hotel, but went to them 4 times for lunch and dinner.   The view from the restaurant is fantastic and the food equally great. Definitely a pleasant experience.    Bisteca Fiorentina must be one of their specialties, along with a dark and white chocolate cake that simply melts in your mounth!MadaNea  TRIP ADVISOR 17 August 2013

     “Breathtaking!”         Bangkok, Thailand

We fell in love with Laticastelli from the moment we drove onto the property! Truly breathtaking! Location fantastic – in the heart of Tuscany. For wine lovers a paradise – can visit Chianti, Montepulciano, Montalcino. Very close to Sienna. Staff great & very knowledgeable - both Luca and the owner Gonzalo gave us some great tips on where to go...

      “Magic place”

Laticastelli is a corner of paradise just outside Siena in exceptional location with an excellent reception. The rustic, rural wooden furniture is complemented by antique doors and windows, with marble and travertine contributing to the enchanting melange of styles     Pristine and beautiful, you can enjoy typical Tuscan high quality dishes.

Our family of four including two teenage daughters (13 & 16) stayed for three nights while touring around Tuscany. Fabulous, historical accomodation, great running routes for a triathlete, outstanding infinite pool and the most charming hosts we have every experienced! We look forward to our return visit again!
